- Production: Custom orders take 2-5 business days to create.
Delivery Times
- Within the product’s origin country: 2-8 business days depending on the selected shipping method.
- Outside the origin country: 7-15 business days.
- You will see the exact delivery time during checkout.

Order Tracking
- You’ll receive an email with tracking information after your order ships.
- We work with trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.
Modifying Shipping Address
- Contact us within 8 hours of placing your order to update your shipping address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll receive a 40% refund (excluding shipping fees and taxes) or we can reship at your expense.
Delivery Delays
- While we aim for timely shipping, delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We’ll keep you informed and assist as needed.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for:
- Defects, damage, or errors during the customization process.
Return Conditions
- Defective or Damaged Items: Notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Item or Print Error: Contact us within 14 days, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders made to your specifications or items showing wear or use cannot be returned.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- For items marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
Additional Notes on Size and Availability
- Check the Help Center in the site header for size and availability details.
- If your selected size or color isn’t available in your country, we may ship it from another location. You can leave special instructions in the comments section during checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged during shipping or has quality issues, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Size made by Customer Error
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes or items chosen by the customer. For assistance, please contact our support team.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or request a replacement, email Support@CozyCustomGifts.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- In their original condition and packaging.
- Unused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue is due to our error.
